Most celebrities and influencers use filters and Photoshop and most people know about that but still idealize women online... I think the flex is to look good without filters and Photoshop and embrace your natural beauty than this fake "idealistic" one.

You're thinking about this from the wrong end. It's not that guys drool over women (well, *pictures* of women, but that's not the point) that are manipulated, but that those images are manipulated to look like what guys drool over. It's like asking why women wear makeup to look good- you're trying to imitate specific traits and visual markers that indicate good reproductive candidates. If it didn't work, they wouldn't do it.

The realities of evolution don't go away just because we're uncomfortable with them.

Because no one is perfect end photoshop makes someone look perfect to anyone. But its all subjective. Some women can just look photoshopped so its always hard to tell that is why i am not so quick to assume. You look pretty/cute enough without photoshop 🤗 But some people can assume tho.

haha. coming from the guy who's profile pic has a filter on it. my filter is there to sort of mask my face. I'm not t trying to make myself look better, I don't care. I felt that people should have an idea what I look like. I didn't want to hide my face but I also didn't want to fully reveal it too
