Okay, just to be clear, reconstructive surgery is an option some people take, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
I know this one local hottie that was in an accident that rolled her, had a LOT of reconstructive surgery, and looks almost as good as she did before the accident. She might not be able to shake her bad girl bootie on the dance floor like she did before, but she's coming along.
What I an most everyone here seems to be talking about is ELECTIVE cosmetic surgery, and that, to me, is a 100% downer.
I have an (adopted, regardless) cousin who was damn pretty Damn straight, but still damn pretty. She talked about a boobjob, and I talked negatively about it, yet she still got it. She "surprised" me by walking in with them, expecting me to be all negative.
After a pregnant pause, I got misty eyed, and only said "I bet that hurt"
She laughed and said "you have no idea."
She was either A cup or smaller, and considering how thin she was, yeah, but I thought she looked dynamite. She got C or D cup inserts, and let me explain to those who don't know. If you go THAT much larger, electively you can have your nipples relocated to look "natural." They are anything but, as they become non-functional, and non-sensitive. In other words, you can't feel them and you can breast feed. They are utterly useless, and sexually speaking, besides using them to attract a guy, are lost for stimulation.

I mean I don't know what was expected from this comparison. It was practically a false choice.
But to add to that, nearly any surgical modification to a woman's body, besides reconstruction, is done to make a change that's a turn off for me, anyway. Only ones I could think of would be a nose job only if it were super necessary, and then some kind of breast or ass reduction. Those would be the only ones with a goal that would appeal to me.
Like if you're gonna do it, do it pretty much exclusively for yourself. Otherwise there's almost no upshot as far as I'm concerned.
Why does a woman who does their makeup, colors their hair, or even gets plastic surgery have to be fake?
I mean if you wanna go that route your fake if you wear jewelry, wear your hair in different styles, heck a real woman wouldn't even wear clothes.
A real natural woman would live in this world naked with ungroomed body hair, nails never done, callused feet from walking barefoot. Anything more than that is faked.

I'm gonna have to go with real even though the female in the fake picture is really pretty she probably spent half the day to achieve that, I like a female that can go out without having to spend so much time getting ready. Also it seems to me that these fake broads that are so worried about they're looks tend to be shallow and afraid of work or the outdoors and the real ones usually more down to earth and well shit I mean who wouldn't prefer a naturally beautiful woman over a woman that looks like a monster at the end of the night when she removes her make up and fake nails and eye lashes and so on?

I don't like fake body enhancements, over use of makeup, or even fake nails. That being said, feminine grooming - nicely styled and cared for hair (coloring is fine), smooth skin, manicured and polished nails, and invisible makeup - is good. I like girly girls who do their best to look feminine without being fake.

Can't really give you an answer, because regardless if that person is fake or real, in the end it's really up to you to accept him or her. I normally rather focus on women with natural beauty and my oldest makeup and stuff trying to become someone else.
A little of both. I want a woman who takes time on her appearance. The girl in the first picture has still taken time out of her day to look nice. She's got less make up than the second girl, but she still put in work. She didn't just roll out of bed and walk out the door. That the way I like women. Take the time to look good for your man.

@Aakash_Hangargi some can’t with implants I’m pretty sure. And lol what. Maybe working out will reduce size and give the appearance of less sag, but breasts don’t really have muscle. That’s not how it works. That kinda thinking is why men prefer porn breasts to actual real large ones.
I understand i don't know exactly what that is called so i said muscles but excerise does help to keep them firm like yoga

When breasts droop from weight because they’re naturally large, surgery is pretty much the only option 🤦♀️ Implants are round and can’t droop, and men expect breast to look like that.
