I think it has more to do with timing and being ready in those cases than how much they're revealing of the flesh. When they're out on the beach in some skimpy bikini, they probably feel sexy and confident and ready to show off their goods. Catch them getting dressed and they aren't ready and want their privacy.

Never made sense to me either. If I looked up a woman's skirt and saw she was wearing string bikini underwear, I'd get slapped. But if she went into a bathroom and changed out to see those undies really were bikini sun outfits, what the diff?

well, normally when you're wearing a bikini you're at a beach or somewhere outdoors where everyone dresses like that, and that is seen as normal. while normally, people just don't go around wearing only a bra and underwear, so it'd be weird to wear one like that.

Why do guys like you dont understand what consent is? You can't just invade her privacy to look at her in her underwesr just because she wore bikini. Bikini is worn in public while underwear ain't worn in public and so you have to invade her privacy aka sexually harrass her in order to see her in her underwear. You have one job aka to not harrass women/men. Gays also dont invade your privacy aka harrass you just because you were half naked on beaches aka show off your secondary sexual traits such as brest hair, muscles, beard, bresst etc -women also dont show off their secondary sexual traits such as NIPPLE.

Because it’s not about how much or what parts of the body you see because yes that’s the same when wearing a bikini vs bra, it’s about the actual clothing items and context. Underwear are personal and not meant for everyone to see, you don’t want people to see them because they (the actual bra/panties) are personal private items. When wearing just your underwear you’re also usually in a situation were you’re not expecting or wanting an audience because it’s a personal private moment (when for example getting changed).
