What is that called? A glove?

They're just formal "evening" / long gloves. Long gloves would've been used by women throughout the 1700's and 1800's. After that, shorter gloves to the wrist were for everyday use all throughout the 1900's and the longer ones, called "evening gloves", were meant to be worn during the evenings for formal events.

You're welcome
Do you mean the type of clothing?
It is a sleeve, sleeve glove, long sleeve glove. So on.
The dress itself I think is just meant to be made out of fine silk. Possibly some lighter variant.
Its called EVENING GLOVES..
which can be worn with any gowns for a formal event.
Evening gloves, also opera gloves. I have a couple pairs for very fancy events
