I think the black skirt I have with this top makes my body look wayy too long lol I was thinking maybe just a pair of skinny jeans might make it look okay. I do think the top gives off more "England" vibes so I'm looking in that kind of fashion for inspiration. Let me know what you think!

I actually say stick to the low-rise skirt, it's a good call.
I'd just go into lighter colors and definitely a lace trim or design that matches the top better.
If it's was warm enough out there, I could totally see the top go well with lace trimmed denim or rope shorts too.

I have to disagree with high-waist anything.
The top isn't long enough, it's clearly asking for that slightly exposed midriff, and I think it looks good that way.
High-rise jeans or skirt are probably just gonna look awkward, I'd wager they are going to be only about as high as the top is long, won't be able to tuck the top nor let it go over the jeans.

It's a cute top but the hem should be shorter. Pants with powder-blue fabric would look great against the white top. Something soft, not demim, that fits your hips and butt snugly but doesn't fit snugly below the knee.

Then again, it would work with skinny jeans and boots. Almost anything could be paired with that top.
