The gaurd is very new to this sorta thing very nervous, very on edge. They pass by every 10 minutes. You have 5 hours before they relocate you to a new facility in which you will probably end up dead.

First of all the fork if it's metal that's enough for me to kill either myself or anyone else

If I just put the sheet out of the small window and make chocking noise the guard would think I am attempting suicide by hanging using bedsheet , when he comes in to either stop me or investigate I can easily kill 2 guards with surprise attact,
I can dress up in 2 minutes so by the time next guard will show up in 10 I would be a guard too , I will probably want to take the other guard down as well, once I am sure there ain't enough to physically stop me I would gather basic resources food water and weapons would be priority then leave in a police car
Ditch the car couple of miles away near a train track and go in the different direction, police would probably close off all trains assuming I ran using a train, passing by
I can pretend to be a lost tourist and leave with a group of other travellers to another city
