I have seen so many people in Universities getting the best grades are mostly average looking but it’s very rare when a good looking person is one of the top students.

That's not what I've personally observed in life.
I notice that academically and professionally successful people tend to also be fit and well put together.
They may not be naturally "beautiful", but they put a lot of effort into their appearance.

As for looks that are tied to genetics, I don't think those correlate with intelligence at all.

Beyond middle school and like early high school most of the actual good looking people in my school/uni got good grades, and some were top students... I don't think it's really to do with looks...
Maybe you think that because a) good looking people aren't that common compared to average looking people. Like litterally almost everyone is average looking, but legit attractive people aren't that common b) average looking people are more likely to look nerdy/stand out to you as overrachievers and act more stereotypically that way than attractive people?

There are MORE average people then good looking people. So of course there is more in numbers in that category. But if you look at % i stead of numbers then i bet it's pretty much the same amount.
