What’s the best size hydro flask?

what size do you have or recommend? For college, hiking, travel etc.

It depends on what you are doing. The greatest need will be when hiking, depending on where you are hiking and for how long. I also find one quite handy while skiing, but it has to be small enough to be worn under my powder suit to prevent freezing.

You don't have to fill it up. A large one could work for most purposes. Do you want to carry other things with it? Many do have some storage pouches.

Read reviews before you buy. Some brands are better than others.
