What's the point of shaving since it causes shaving spots? I used to have beautiful clear skin but now my body is covered with shaving spots?

What's the point of shaving since it causes shaving spots? I used to have beautiful clear skin but now my body is covered with shaving spots. Should I stop shaving? I shave every 10 days ( 3 times a month). I'd rather be hairy with no spots than hairless with spots!

My husband gets razor rash, so he switched to an electric razor and it's completely stopped. He uses the green Philips one, it works great. I also get razor rash so I wax.

I shave every other day at least and have no spots.

Yeah not only shaving spots but I've realised that since I've been shaving whether it's with a manual or electric razor I get ingrown hairs, spots and razor burns. It's so annoying! So now I avoid shaving because I'm afraid of getting spots, ingrown hairs and razor burns
