Can someone nose piercing heal in 1 week?

It's been 4 days since I got my nose piercing and my piercing move normally like I don't feel any pain and I even took off my piercing while washing my face and put it back and it felt normal it wasn't even sensible anymore after the third day can I try to change my stud to a nose ring or i wait a little more for precautions
