Can you pinpoint the difference?
Elegance is a sign of cultured-ness. Beautiful and pretty are natural and bodily features.
Elegance also has a bit of bodily beauty attributes, but majority of its definition can be covered with the way a girl behaves, speaks, listens, her body language, her attitude and ego, humility. Means everything that can be taught is considered under the word elegance.
But among all of these attributes, elegance the word itself carries a bit of a different meaning than the attributes I mentioned earlier. But as a whole, the word describes all the features mentioned and may be more.
You know, there must have been many times in your life when you felt that a certain person was cultured, belonged to a class of people or society. That is how it works.
Elegance is how a person carries him/herself. Beauty and prettiness has literally nothing to do with it. But yes, these factors may increase the elegance effect depending on the person.

Elegant is feminine, and has class and sophistication. It's a lovely word. Not all men look for this, but there are certainly those who appreciate it, especially in this casual, and suspicious, age.
Grace Kelly is the quintessential elegant, in my opinion. Though she's long gone now. I don't want to list contemporaries.
Typically it is understood that if someone is described as eloquent that he is pretty or beautiful. It means she is classy. You could have a pretty or beautiful woman that is dressed in shorts and a t-shirt. She's not eloquent but she still pretty or beautiful

you can be both and all... and even more, pretty, elegant, beautiful, sexy... gorgeous
perhaps he was just being specific to a single photo alone, or the particular style she had when they met in person, you can be all and more but one would stand up more than the other, and then maybe he just went with that one due the specific circumstances Yeah it's different kind of attraction.
Being sexy generally means something more "provocative" where "cute" while it might still be appealing it has its own style
Elegant is more along the lines of "classy" and "sophisticated"Elegant has to do with her style, the way she presents herself, dresses, talks, behaves rather than a looks thing
Elegant is an appearance, mostly based on clothing, sometimes the way she moves or talks. 🤔
I think elegant is very lady-like, kind, plesant attitude and personality.
She's different, the way she dress and act is different in a usually good way
