Exfoliate, cleansers , moisturizer , sun scream after 10 minutes.

Surprisingly, nothing. Except for sunscreen.

I know it sounds gross, but since I stopped my skin-care regimen (cleanser, toner, serum, and moisturizer), my face has been the clearest its been in years. Im currently 25, and ever since I was 13, I have always had acne, except for now.

Im currently going on 3 months of stopping my skin-care routine... and its been amazing! I have zero blemishes, I dont have blackheads, pimples, etc.

The only time Ill wash my face (with micellar water) is after a super sweaty session at the gym, or if Im legit dirty. Ill also moisturize if its super dry out and/or its winter.

So step one gently exfoliate with this lovely coffee scrub I made then wash I recently got this charcoal mango wash it's very nice after I use a glycerin face mask then a clay based one then I use my skin prebiotic then moisturizer

Shower twice a day every other day. Once the other days. I keep it on a Night rotation so my skin has a full 36 hours to recover between exposure to hot water... OCD people will likely have poor skin over time...

cleanser, toner, serum, under eye cream, moisturizer, face oil. sometimes a spot treatment but I rarely get acne, sunscreen after my moisturizer if it’s day time.

day: cleanser, moisturizer, aloe vera gel, sunscreen, (I also exfoliate my lips with a toothbrush)

night: cleanser, moisturizer, aloe vera gel, lip exfoliation, and vaseline on my lips and lashes since mascara can dry out lashes

Drink lots of water, sleep a decent amount, no smoking or alcohol, don't go out into the sun for long periods of time, not stress, and have lots of sex.

Morning:Cleanse then apply Vitamin C E serum and sunblock  Evening:Cleansing oil then foaming cleanser. Then I apply a moisturiser and finally a retinoid.
