I use these little face-wipes called stridex. They help, but I also have pretty light acne to begin with. If you have heavy acne you should probably see a dermatologist. Otherwise, engage in good hygiene (shower daily and lightly wash your face once a day as well), drink water and make sure you're getting vitamins, and eat fish/tree nuts for healthy fats. I don't do it, but there are lots of face masks (homemade and store bought) and exfoliation routines you can try. You may have to experiment to see what works.
I only did it 3-4 times cause the honey would drip but I did not see any noticeable changes. It wipes off dead skin cells but I wanted to grow new skin cells.
Grains cause inflammation. Heirloom wheat is probably one of the better grains if you want one to still eat with minimal inflammation compared to modern breeds of wheat.
