Depends on where you put it. Speaking as someone who has several. It depends on how sensitive your skin is and how close to the surface your bones are. For example a tattoo on your ankle, right over the bone would hurt like hell, and one on your inner thigh will also hurt, but outer not so much.

Depends on your pain threshold. It's obviously going to hurt you're being stabbed millions of times with a tiny needle. Personally I've found the legs to be a different kind of pain it stings more on the legs than on the arms but the pain doesn't last as long.

I've never had one but that's a pretty meaty area, typically the more meat you have the less pain it is. The closer to the bone the more painful it is

Depends on where you get it. arms won't hurt as much but they still will. hips will likely really hurt. or anywhere on your body near bones
