To be exact, I need to know whether to curl towards my face or away... I am confused the more I look at the picture of the hair.

And what diameter of the curling wand should be used?

I know it's a sims hairstyle but screw that :D It looks cute! :)

I believe you have to curl away from your face while doing that. I've seen some videos online where people do that by wrapping it tightly around a cylindrical brush and using a blow dryer while pulling it down and twirling it
