I will think wow she got a nice outfit and if she has a nice body to go with it, I’ll think wow she got nice long legs!  What about you?

Regardless if I'm walking down the street with my wife/girlfriend, or even by myself and I see a pretty woman, I'll acknowledge that she's attractive, then move on with my day without giving her a second thought, and I think that should be completely acceptable.

Just because a man who's in a committed long term relationship acknowledges someone of the opposite sex to be attractive and leave it at that, doesn't mean he's cheating on his partner. That just shows how low self esteem you have. The same goes the other way around too. If my future S/O sees an attractive man and points it out, I'd most likely agree with her too if he really is attractive.

The real issue arises when you or your partner start fantasizing about the other person in sexual contexts or imagine considering dating them instead or wondering how they "taste like". That right there is a red flag. So yeah, to answer this dumb meme, no. I don't automatically picture a pretty woman naked who's walking down the street opposite to me. Unless of course I'm in a nudist colony and she really IS naked, then that's another story. Regardless, I'll try my best not to think sexually of her for it either.

Not me. I’m usually just minding my own business and thinking about something else. I’m not one to be checking people out all the time. I have other things to think about like what I need to do for the day, what else do I need to do this coming week, or what might I need to buy at the store, etc.

But, if my attention DOES go to a girl, I DON’T start undressing her with my eyes. I actually DO notice her outfit and can appreciate a well put together ensemble.

I also help my girlfriend pick out clothes, so I suppose that contributes to my appreciation for a well-assembled outfit.

I must be the exception: I usually wish I had her figure or looked as good as she does. If she has a nice outfit, I might notice that, but as someone trying to get to a certain figure and weight, I am envious of women with nice bodies... and no, I don't like women: I just recognize women that work hard to have nice bodies and wish I had one as well.

It's more contextual for me.

If she's wearing something formal or modest, my thought process would be more aligned with yours. And I'm more attracted to that type of woman.

But if she's wearing something skimpy and revealing, then I can definitely see her naked. Because she's practically naked anyway. And just because I think it doesn't necessarily mean I'm attracted to her, as I'm not attracted to shallow women.

I think there is truth to the joke in that cartoon. Probably, what the guy thinks is closer to how men see a woman in reality, while women check out both the outfit and the body, sort of like you said, i. e. they would realize a nice body going with a nice outfit on another woman.

I am going, to be honest. Both are for me.

I will first scan her for the clothes, and try to get the brand and everything. Nice clothes are nice clothes. Whether it be on a woman or a man!

Then, of course, the body comes. A vague outline of the body can be imagined. I do not mean it in a sexual way, to be clear. Just a vague outline is good enough.
