Girls, do you need to be going swimming to wear a bathing suit?

So I’m just wondering what the reasons are you might enjoy wearing a swimsuit?

Guys do you like to wear trunks or whatever even if you might not be swimming?

To go swimming

To go sunbathing

To wear something cute and light in the heat

Just because I want to look sexy

All of the above

I dont wear swimsuit!

It’s a combo , they’re comfortable asf , helps in getting tanned , and also look really cute and makes u feel attractive haha , and no u don’t need to be swimming to wear swimsuits. I wear a bra and an underwear to sleep , which I know isn’t a swimsuit but its sorta similar to a bikini in some ways.

And yeah I get that. Roughly the same level of exposure. But the question is how often do you do other level? And is it sometimes underwear sometimes bikini or is mostly bikini and more just your underwear for going to bed?

Swimming and/ or sunbathing have really been the main reasons I wear a swimsuit.


And yes obviously I’m aware of the sex appeal as well. However I’m married so only he gets to have fun with me ❤️

I that is awesome! I only brought up the sex appeal because I had a friend that started wearing them more because they were comfy and light for sitting in the sun and then she got a boyfriend, the next thing I knew her collection of suits went from four to sixteen. And that was a few years ago. I would assume that there is always more reasons behind it though then just sex speak so I tried to offer as many other reasons as I could think of. Lol!

I don't mind wearing a cossie when swimming but I always feel self conscious when I get out of the water. I prefer tight ones to loose shorts given the choice.

Nope, where I live the rain can be coming from one direction while the sun comes from the water so when that happens I'll go for a walk in a swimming suit.
