Is Charcoal Shampoo worth all the hype?

So I never used any Charcoal Shampoo ever before, But I'm wondering is it worth all the hype? Does it really do wonders for your hair or is it something to avoid at all cost?

Their was a frenzy about the toothpaste. I suppose if a company is legit it might be a good product. It’s when everyone comes out with imitations just to make a buck that bring the good ones down.
