While I like to see feet as often as possible, if by chance something happened and the airbags went off she would be in a world of hurt, anywhere from broken legs, ankles, surgery, her kneecaps hitting her eyes breaking her face, all sorts of bad things can and have happened to people doing that.
Here deer jump out in front of cars all the time and before you and her could react you hit the deer the airbags go off and she is in for months of recovery.
Just not a good idea at all to do in a car with airbags.

It's disgusting, and very dangerous. If the car is in an accident, both legs will be broken, and possibly the broken bones will go into the person's chest, possibly killing them.

  @2good2btru Doesn't matter that it's parked. If it gets rear-ended or hit by another car head-on, those feet and legs are going to be toast. It's not that uncommon for a parked car to get hit. Just check the "bad driver" YouTube videos.

It’s funny I’m seeing this question because here in LA I see this all the time, mostly women… The only time I thought it was sexy is when the dude himself was sexy as hell.. his legs looked tan muscular and his ankles defined, from the looks of it he had clean feet but I’m not sure
