I’ve heard that its bad, bc when tou sweat your pores open and the makeup goes into the pores? ( i have oily-dehydrated acne Prove skin)
I mean you'd probably want to stick with waterproof mascara and eye makeup if you do - to avoid any issues with makeup dissolving and getting into your eyes
If you absolutely must have something on your skin, try something light like a tinted moisturizer or a lighter bb cream. These could all still clog your pores by trapping in sweat though.
I'd avoid this, as it probably could clog your pores and cause acne. I get the love for a look - I love makeup (red lips here, all day!), but I also love and embrace my face too. It's nice to be comfortable and confident in your skin, so I encourage you to try a little bit of that. There's nothing wrong with your face, and fuck anyone at the gym who may be judging you. I'm not wearing makeup during a workout - the idea alone just kind of grosses me out.
Maybe experiment with different tinted sunscreens.
It's your decision, of course.
Here's an article I like about this. (I love skin care and makeup lol)

I don't see the point, your face is going to get all sweaty and oily and your going to have to shower after anyways. Plus your there to work out, not look cute for strangers who probably won't care or notice cause they're busy working out.
I would think wearing it is bad because you're doing a physical activity where you will sweat. I never saw the point in women doing it. Why would you need to wear it? Trying to make an impression on someone? Or look good for pics you want to post on Instagram or TikTok?
I'm pretty sure there that the FDA has warned that using mascara and eye liner during a workout is very risky. 😎

I don’t get why wear make up for it to melt anyways and mix with sweat? Ew
Good question. I have seen girls do this and i am like what? I sweat from my head and face when i work out so for me it will be bad but some girls never sweat. I have heard that it might block your pores.
Better to go without makeup. It's absolutely right: you sweat, your pores open up and dirt and all flow in. I don't use makeup at the gym at all. And make sure to rinse my face afterwards too with some cold water
In a long run I guess yes because you sweat but sometimes when I go to the gym directly from work I do not have time to remove my make up and I have no problem at all.
makeup while working out what the heck
You're gonna ruin your make up anyway what's the point. You're not there to look pretty, you're there to work.
Lmao ofc.. it does make sense
Also why put on make up.. we are looking our muscles not looking for guysHonestly its probably not great for you skin, but for a long time I only had the time to go to the gym or the pool after work so I never bothered to remove it. It all sweated off during anyways
Sweat makes it run. It gets in your eye. You drop the weight on your foot. You're on crutches for 2 months. You lose all the progress you made working out.
You only Sweat if Your not Smart enough To Know When you will Start Sweating.
Everyone knows women only go to the gym to make TikTok posts.
I wouldn't do it, just because: it's going to mess up anyway, you'll look worse, you'll look like hot wax.
Depends on the makeup I guess. I know a few women in the military who wear makeup while drilling and serving, in fact if their makeup is messed up the drill sergeant will send them back to fix it lol.
It’s not great. The sweat ruins the look, so it’s kind of a waste of product.
I’m not a fan of makeup in any Scenario so I might be biased but yeah doesn’t mix with sweat well.
Better to do it without makeup on. It will get messed up, if you are really working out anyways
Working out with makeup means you are at the gym for an attention show not a workout.
Why would anyone do that? Your going to sweat and wipe it from your head and it will run and look like shit
Only insecure girls wear makeup during workout
Too lazy to take it off, but not too lazy to work out? That makes a ton of sense. Wouldn’t expect anything different from a 14-year-old.
Can you spend your day for once without makeup?
