I think brown eyes are gorgeous! I've never understood why people with brown eyes want coloured eyes. I have green eyes and I wouldn't ever change them though, because they fit with my features and colouring. Plus I think the surgery itself would be very invasive and irreversible. Scary. I just don't like plastic surgery in general but that's my opinion.
Well when it comes to lasik is not about looks for people. I have a friend who did it so that he could enlist in the army, since that's something he really wanted to do but couldn't do it with his eye sight before the surgery.
@UnknownSwede I did it because I just couldn’t find my glasses when they fell. I literally couldn’t see past my fingers. That’s how bad it was. To the point I was worried and scared for my own safety. Needing glasses felt like a disability.

There’s even this guy that ends nearsightedness with exercises. Once you do Lasik you can’t anymore. Reading bombs and Seeing up close cause myopia.
It was pretty much the same for my friend. I was being "robbed" once. Me and him got into a fight, in self defense and his glasses fell off and he was just swinging in the air because he couldn't see anything.
My eyes are brown but in a lot of photos they look green plus they seem to appear lighter or darker depending on what I wear plus I’d look like a freak with other eye colours, I was meant to have these eyes, contact's made me see that XD got me looking like a psycho with blue eyes XD
People love my brown eyes and so do I - I get complimented on my eyes a lot. But that's also because of the size/shape of my eyes and my eyelashes as well. (big eyes tend to have long lashes I think) But they're very very dark - almost black unless you're up close. I love dark eyes. I don't find them dull at all, especially not mine.
No, I wouldn't get surgery to change my eye color. I think it might be interesting to try color contacts and play around with that, but I always forget to do it because it's not a big deal to me. When I was an insecure teenager, I thought about it more often I think. I'm pretty confident now though.
Here is what I think, I have brown eyes, I have long lashes, I have huge boobs, I have small feet. I’m a shorty…. Society puts measurements for beauty and I would never ever follow that and I’d never let anyone force me their beauty measurements. I had a boyfriend that didn’t like my big boobs, did I have to go for breast reduction surgery for him and his stupid beauty standard or constantly wear high heels because society find slander women more attractive. I would never change a thing about myself. That’s the worst thing to do. Be happy and thankful that you’re healthy. That you have eyes to see.

Also want to add that my ex boyfriend cheated on me with blue eyes girl and I totally get where you’re coming from when it comes to blue eyes but that wouldn’t change anything
They do specifically men from Western European background but but there are also men that at some point in their life had a blue eye girl that treated them badly so now what they want is a woman that care and love them and they’re not concerned about their features but more so the chemistry love and respect I’d say
Absolutely not. I'm already afraid to go get LASIK done because I have shitty vision, I wouldn't want someone fucking up my eyes because I don't like the color.
I'll stick toy glasses, contacts & colored contacts when I want to change my eye color.
No, I like my eyes the way they are. If I were you, I wouldn't do it. Risking your health and even your life to change something on your body that it's right, it's not worth it.

No, I naturally have blue/green eyes. Plus it's stupid, you can go blind from doing that dumb stuff. People let crazy beauty standards and insecurities get the best of them. Plus brown eyes are normal, they are pretty, it's the most common eye color among every group of people so there shouldn't be anything wrong with having them. It doesn't even look natural on that guy, he looks possessed.
Hell no! Not risking going blind with that. I really dislike the color of my eyes (sh*t brown), but I don't have to look at them all day, so I wouldn't risk surgery on something like that. Contact lenses are a much better option.
You should LOVE yourself. It's not normal to self-hate (unless maybe you got mental issues!) You should LOVE who you are and how you were born!
Sometimes, those types of surgeries aren't even succesful and you could end up with compromised eye-sight. It's up to you though. Can't control you and your life.
Holy smokes. I didn't even know this was a thing. Imma google it. I have always wanted crystal sky blue eyes hell yeah but I would rather just get eye lazer surgery so that i can see better. I can only see 30cm from my face then everything else is a blur. I always say everyone is sexy untill i put my glasses on and i hate looking for my glasses when i can't even see then i bend down and walk around like a crazy clumsy giraffe
For clearer eyes, wash your eyes every morning and before bed. Just put clean water in your palm and lower your eyes into the water and shake like for 3 seconds. First one eye then the other. You will be surprised
I did not even know there was surgery to change your eye color, wow!! Im grateful I was born with green eyes and I had read green eyes are one fo the rarest eye color, is not blue is green.
I have brown eyes too, so I understand where you're coming from. I suggest wearing contacts, it's way less risky than eye surgery. I'm wearing green contacts, and everyone thinks they're my real eyes. If you go for contacts, make sure to get good ones so they won't irritate your eyes, and would look much more natural. I tried many contacts before finding the most natural looking ones. I use the Solotica Hidrocor Rio Buzios, and they blend in perfectly with brown eyes.
I've thought about this on occasion. Mostly just with contacts. But I kinda like my grey eyes, since they're on the lighter side, and I like the look of guys with light eyes. If I went any color, it would probably be blue or maybe green.
I rather get surgery to fix my myopia than my eye color. Having brown eyes isn't that bad even if it's common, there's still people who find them attractive.

I get your temptation as blue eyes are lovely but there's nothing wrong with brown eyes, try contacts, there are some that will make your eye colour different, they may feel uncomfortable but less resj than surgery
this is the most dangerous surgery on earth. Most people go blind from it. It is only done in India, South America and Russia as everywhere else it is illegal.
