In middle and high school I was really self-conscious because I would compare myself to all these models in magazines (this was before instagram and all that). But in college I learned to accept that there are things about my body that I can't change no matter how hard I try. However, I have and still strive to be in as good shape as I can be.

To me "loving your body" means making the most of it while not moping about all your unchangeable perfect imperfections,
