My dad says it's all about discipline. However he does his job well, he is great as a manager, he has been really nice to me so far and I haven't seen him misbehaving, he leads the costumers really well. Now it isn't his fault that more costumers don't come because the price of products is on higher side.
For me, it's all fine till you go out of your limits. As the shop owner you don't have any business with what kind of attire your manager wears unless it's inappropriate. My dad says that if the manager of the store himself keeps his attire so savage then what will other employees learn? Won't it bring bad impression in first sight to the costumers? Well he is right in a way since I live in a country which is pretty conservative.
But we don't have any thing to do with him growing his hair, it's his hair and his choice. But then again due to the conservative part and close-mindness this may bring bad impression to costumers. This is the thing I don't like, one needs to adjust himself/herself and everything about him/her because the majority is conservative.
By the time my generation is adult and independent, this may reduce to huge extent.
What do you think is the right thing to do keeping the conservative part in mind?
