The girl in the picture is fine. Slightly longer is okay, too but, when they're over 1/4", that's getting to the point where you have to go, "PUT... THE EYELINER... DOWN!! NOW, STEP AWAY FROM IT AND NO ONE WILL GET HURT!!".

Depends how it looks on the girl. Some girls wear it better than others and I like it, but on some girls, it just looks like "too much unnecessary paint". My opinion about make-up is - "less is more".
