No. I don't mind light makeup if done tastefully. But women who do it distastefully almost always are doing weird crap to their eyes. If you're using makeup to make your skin look smooth and nice that's one thing. If you're doing stuff to your eyes, you're most likely going to look like Mimi from the Drew Carey Show to me.

  Also, the photo you posted - I assume is not you - I don't think she looks approachable and I don't think I would be interested in chatting her up. This is just of course my first impression and not some kind of final judgment on her as a person. It's fully possible that she would be worth talking to in actuality.

  You're here asking for opinions. Some people, when asked for an opinion, will only say positive things. Others will give their actual opinion. I did give you my actual opinion and I tried to give it in a constructive way. That said, the opinion I gave you is of a specific context of using makeup in that way. It's not actually meant to reflect upon your entire person. You're naturally cute. I just feel the makeup comes across as "trying too hard." And the lack of smile makes you seem unapproachable. You're not required to look approachable, so you're welcome to disregard my comment there if you like. But you asked for opinions and I gave you mine.

I think, because of the way her eyes look naturally, this winged look makes Diana look so much cuter, for some reason.

We don't care about makeup. If you put two identical girls next to each other one with the eyeliner and one without. They will either both be accepted or both rejected, based on their looks The eyeliner won't matter.

You're ridiculously hot..
Some guys won't even make past your chest..
If the winged look makes you feel more sexy then thats all that matters..
How can you look any more stunning than that anyway?

Mascara matters more to me rather than eyeliner or eyebrows. Just make sure to not take it too far to the point where it looks like your eyes are barely there when you don't use makeup
