"American" ? The only true "Americans" are Native American Indigenous who habituated that area decades ago. Those who are white, like Alyssa, have all come from Europe originally. Mostly Italy, Netherlands, Ireland, England among others.

I'm sorry, but in my opinion, she looks different than most Italians from Italy.
She has a vaguely European look, like most Americans, who are a mix of different ethnicities (1/8th Polish, 1/4 French, 1/16 Spanish etc). but you can't pinpoint which country they come from exactly
