MUCH depends upon how YOU think of yourself... when dressed in a skirt...
Society itself is hypocritical. In today's undergarments, a female is 'as dressed' as she IS when wearing a two piece swimsuit and choosing to add a beach wrap cover-up---

PERCEIVED 'racy' up-skirting prurient voyeurism and/or over-exposure is largely psychological mental illusion of those observing you and YOUR OWN comfort level of the AFFECT (note spelling) upon those viewing You.

You can dread it or EXPLOIT IT to YOUR advantage
and savor THEIR discomforture (like Wednesday Addams or Mae West!)

[If you are shorter than 5’7, wear short dresses and short scripts, they accentuate your features much better. I find it silly when short-women wear long-dresses and long-skirts, it just doesn’t look your best. If you’re short, keep it short. Show them sexy legs god-damn-it.]

Lol! Well you do look quit fabulous in that one. But skirts really are best worn by girls who love skirts. If you enjoy how you look in it then yes I support that decision completely! But if you don’t really feel it then maybe not.

Girls usually look more "feminine" in them but, I've found that if you do it everyday, the fun and excitement of seeing it every so often, goes away, since they're really technically meant for more formal occasions
