Do these jeans look similar (wash/color wise)?

I'm in a search for these jeans. I love the light wash.

I found these on Etsy. I think they are pretty similar, almost the same, what about you guys?

Please take into account that both jeans have been shot differently, different lightning and so on.

I think they're basically the same color wise but the fit around the butt/waist is a bit tighter in the pic compared to the etsy posting.
