I don't think it means anything except for having an accessory on the ring finger opposite the hand of the wedding finger.
I personally wear rings on both.
Sometimes, a widow will wear her wedding ring on her other hand, so if she remarries, she might have rings on both hands, one for her deceased former husband and one for her current husband.
In Southern European countries I have seen people wearing both their engagement ring and the wedding ring on these fingers.
I’m married and on my left hand it’s my wedding ring and my right hand is my push present ring in my sons birth stone.

I thought there was just one wedding finger. Maybe she has been engaged twice and kept the engagement rings. I don't think this is a good indicator.
one for marriage...
and one to rule them all...
It would depend on the person as the meaning would be personal to them.
i guess they like wearing jewelery on both hands.
