Just curious.
+1 yDepends on genetics. If you have a Solid mesomorphic, inverted triangle skeleton structure and great muscle attachments, you don't even have to go to the gym, since you already be considered a top 15%'r and if that type of person decided to go to the gym, he only be climbing the 15% ladder. BUT, if a person has a ectomorphic triangle skeleton structure and bad muscle connections, sure, gym would make him bigger and stronger, but not more physically appealing and desirable to women.

I don't want my girl to be athletic but I prefer she stayed in shape but all beauty fades in time so I will be find as long as she put in some effort

Well, real beauty doesn't fade. I know some women of age who look the same and even better than when they were younger. Just like my mom

Cat, I know you will too. Actually some women are beautiful even in there sixties )).
My point is she should keep a good figure and good health and she will remain lovely. Real beauty is beauty of God. We will become beautiful in the hereafter if our deeds are beautiful.
Those blessed with beauty should keep themselves humble though, it shows she had it in her and she didn't belittle others - +1 y
Yeah true!!

+1 yYeah, working out should be first of all for you and mentally but an extra bonus is a good looking body too

+1 yI think one issue I have with guys who work out is they do not realize that people have different definitions of beauty and a moderate look attracts a higher number of females. I know guys that were fairly decently looking and spent years building their muscles and trying to enlarge and get bigger and now look disproportionate, unnatural and cosmetic rather than natural and smooth. I also know thin women that looked good but tried too hard to look skinny and end up looking severely anorexic later on. People should pursue health and fitness and not impractical aesthetic niches in appearance.

+1 yWell, it can help for sure.
I have a lot of very attractive friends - both men and women - who simply got even more attractive after starting to work out.
Occasionally I allow them to use my personal gym - it's a good show for both me and my wife.
10 ReplyWorking out and fitness can add a layer of attractiveness in a way. Like, you can have a beautiful person and toning adds something yes. NOT better though. In the same way that if you put a man in a suit or a woman in a gown might make them look extra special but not better.
10 Reply821 opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic. At my favorite gym several years ago, I saw an older man coming in and applying, for a "trainer position". I thought to myself, he doesn't, have the physique, to be a trainer and does not LOOK to have any potential for that and besides: Who would want him as a trainer.
IN SIX MONTHS, you should have seen this guy! Complete change in him physically, and he really looked the part and was an excellent trainer.

+1 yGym can only make improvements to what already is your basic bodily. It doesn't do anything to your bone structure, just adds or subtracts the amount of muscle and fat you have in your body and also helps in adding details to your body.

m +1 ymy body is attractive as it is... because of sports
fit, in shape and HEALTHY has been quite attractive for many girls, in that sense
I never did it for vanity nor because I was shallow... I just happen to love sports10 Reply An attractive body doesn't equal an attractive person. But, yes, a home gym could make the difference. Like, say they were handcuffed to a weight bench and taught how to be sweet and obedient slave, with the proper flogging and recitation of my commandments. Only then would they be attractive.

+1 yIt can. It depends on what you like. I like fit bodies so a girl who isn’t in peak shape can still be attractive but a girl who is ripped is usually not attractive to me.
10 Reply548 opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic. A gym by itself does nothing for you. How you use it determines what results you will get. If you use the features of the gym in a planned and regular manner, it will improve your body.
10 ReplyIt definitely can, but it depends on a lot of stuff. If someone works out too much then it can have the opposite outcome as well.
20 Replyhaving a nice body only helps if you are already attractive. if you're unattractive, having a nice body won't help much.
10 ReplyI must be shallow, because yes, I believe it does (even though I don't go to the gym myself, because I exercise in other ways).
10 Reply4.9K opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic. I wouldn't say more attractive, but exercise is always a good thing.

+1 yI don't think the gym has any part in it. I firmly believe that gym clothes are the ones that make an already fantastic body more amazing. And a good enough body quite a good-looking one.

+1 yI don’t know about the shallow part. But nah like I don’t like abs on a girl personally. I like a soft belly. A little bit of pudge is really cute to me. Gym bods usually look tight and taught and just isn’t for me personally. Still beautiful in their own right!
00 Reply876 opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic. Fitness is attractive, but like everything else, there’s such a thing as “too much of a good thing”.

+1 yWorking out and being fit can absolutely make someone more attractive. It's not shallow to appreciate someone's figure, it's only shallow if that's the only thing you pay attention to about them
00 Reply I think it makes the body look better, but not necessarily the face
11 Reply- 1.6K opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic.
+1 yIt certainly can. But it also makes average bodies into attractive bodies.
(Faces can't be helped, though, unfortunately.)00 Reply 100 percent. Unless you overwork certain areas and become malformed.
