POLL- Does your mom & family like tattoos or hate tattoos?

I’m 25 and my parents still have not noticed I have tattoos. My family are surper religious goody goody people, no tattoos, marry perfect white guy, no sex, be innocent angel. Since I was 23 I got tatoos it was always my dream & I like tattoos. I have a heart on my finger, rose on my wrist and plan get a small butterfly on my other wrist. I have another tattoo on my finger that says a word from my business. I wear longsleeve 24/7 and live alone so I don’t see them often. But I put makeup for my finger tattoos. One time a guy said he likes my finger tattoos and my mom said what? She didn’t like tattoos nor has any. The guy looked so confused. Then mom once said oh this guys girlfriend is so ugly she has a million tattoos disgusting. my dad has a tattoo of our dog that passed away but my mom never got mad , but when it comes to me she’ll beat me if she finds out when I visit her. She’ll hit me really hard be furious and even cry as she wants control my life have my life be how she wants only. My boyfriend has a lot of tattoos too.

My mom finds artistic tattoos good looking, like she does notice the talent that is needed to tattoo landscapes or animals etc and she is not against people getting tattooed but she is not a fan of it.
When I got my tattoo, she was against it, she didn't like it but she let me make my own decision, she supported me and even went with me to my tattoo session and sat there saying "I hope it hurts" haha

I don't know what else to tell you honestly, I will stay with my recommendation to get the hell away from her and start your own life without her

Yeah cause that's not normal. With 25/26 you're old enough to be your own person, to stand on your own feet and do your own thing. Nobodys mother should be that deep in ones business when they hit a certain age and especially not anymore when you move away.

My mom loved them, has one of her own, but my grandparents hate them, think they only belong to “low class” people.

One time I was trying hide my tatoo with a bandaid and my mom said y do u still have a bandaid on ur finger? And she gave me a death stare like ready beat me til I’m covered in blood
