I stick to slim myself, more for comfort than anything, but skinny can definitely look good on the right guy, especially in dark or black denim.

Gay as fuck. That's my guttural response to it. Done for fashion purposes just like girls do it. It has no utilitarian function unless it's like long johns and you're layered for the cold.

Now, maybe there is something to it if they ride horses... those dudes do it, but I'm not a cowboy.

For me... I wear the civilian equivalent of what you might see on military personnel. Hiking clothes. When I was younger it was skater clothes which at that time, you didn't see the tight jeans stuff. I'm talking JnCo jeans or Tripp pants... the shit you'd see and some techo rave club or something... complete with the big wallet chains.

I wished I could go back in time and slap myself as a teenager. That ultra baggy shit was retarded gay looking too. Also no utilitarian purpose.

I wear Levi’s 541’s which are an athletic fit. They’re not tight, but they’re not baggy. Baggy jeans to me looks unkempt. And I don’t like skinny skinny jeans because they restrict way too much movement. What if I got to run or fight?

I was in a fight one time while wearing super skinny jeans and high top sneakers.
A guy was attacking another guy and I went to pull him off the other dude.
He turned his attention to me.
He ended up grabbing me by the throat and lifting me off of my feet.
Yes like the movie scene where the persons feet are dangling in the air off the ground…that was me.
I wasn’t going anywhere and even if I could have, half way through him choking me, my high tops fell off and dropped on the ground.
So my skinny jeans being tight didn’t matter, my sneakers were the problem. Should have tied them tighter.
Not that what I was wearing was going to change the outcome regardless.

In that particular encounter, my tight skinny jeans were completely irrelevant. They were just what I happened to be wearing.
