By curvy thicc, I don't mean fat girls (society has already established that obesity keeps getting worse with each new generation), I mean actual curvy thicc like the pictures posted here.

I voted yes and here is my take on it.

I'll put it like this... I came into this world... Ronald Regan got elected and the USSR still owned part of Germany. It's like fashion when it came to the chicks and what was in and what was out. Chicks were fit, six-pack abs, and that was sort of the standard for a while... not in reality but the basic ideal... the stuff the talking heads on the television would put on a pedestal. Then big boobs started moving into the scene. Chicks were doing stuff like getting boob jobs all of a sudden and it just kept going. Rap/hip hop started taking over the music you'll probably hear on the television and with that, the big butts moved in. Along with all of this the people just got fatter and fatter. I sometimes thought some chicks get fat just to have bigger titts and butts. Long gone was the days of chicks with six-packs. I mean you see it here and there, but nothing like before. I think there was always chicks that were inclined to be thicc... but now they're far less likely to work out like hell and starve themselves to have that rock-hard stomach.

What is put on the pedestal the most in media has just changed over time... it's what's popular. Plus being overweight is more and more accepted so these thicc chicks are the new healthy if that makes sense. Not chicks that have 6 pack abs. Cleavage used to be defined as the space between the breasts, now it probably means big ole titties.

Yeah the most photo editing from those pics (no one has a head bigger than their waists) lol in real life maybe those generations are a bit fatter than their parents were at their ages.
