Does anyone else has BDD ( Body Dysmorphic Disorder)?

I have BDD I got bully for my skin and features. I believe im ugly I will never find love or no one will ever accept me for who I am.. it consumes my mind a lot I wear a face mask to cover my nose.. now I just want to kill myself I want to be accepted. I don’t eat around people or in public I stay home I wish I never had this..

Sorry you feel like that. Just realize that the bdd will cause you to see yourself differently. You'll definitely be your own worst critic. Keeping yourself occupied, self awareness and working on self help practices can assist with coping.

I wish I can as strong as you I’m crying I wish it would go away. I want to attractive as everyone else im trying to reach out I’m suicidal im depressed I don't know how to stop thinking about it

If it makes you feel good, you might think about it. It took me about 3 years to make this decision.

And I have a lot of dysmorphic friends and they are all really pretty and handsome people.

We see ourselves as monsters because it's a "disease"

In fact, one of the most beautiful women in the world, audrey hepburn, said "No one will marry me because I am ugly" it's definitely about how you see yourself *-* (sorry for my bad English i am french lol)
