The veiw of myself is always changing. I dont know what i really look like.

I feel delusional because sometimes i see myself looking good but the next horrible. Anyone have tips fór me to feel better?

What's "the w" mean?

Professional care is always a good idea, but as far as "homework" goes, I have two tips. One, avoid looking in mirrors, unless you're getting ready. don't just stop at every mirror you pass and evaluate yourself. It doesn't work. You're just looking for flaws. Second is to use affirmations. For example first thing in the morning and last thing before bed (at minimum) say out loud something like "I love the way I look and I'm happy with how I am." Say it five times, each time.

I think you should speak with a psychologist or therapist about it.

What I can suggest is pick something new you like about yourself every day, or something that you feel makes you unique.

I feel you. Please ur beautiful. The only advice I can give u is either change what u don’t like or fully accept it. Life is fun both ways 🫶
