Plastic surgery honestly doesn't change a person that much. I've honestly seen plastic surgery make someone look better. Maybe a tweek of a lift or lip plump. I'd only be mad if they looked like that hunch back of notre dame and came out looking like Chris brown which is mostly rare. More surgery you look terrible

Um People who get plastic surgery mostly look worse than before. Surgeries should be more for medical reasons, not looks.

Yes, accidents, deformity, born with something that isn't right. Réductions can be very helpful too.

I find plenty of women are natural gorgeous, so blows my mind how they think they need anything done. And end up looking worse.
