it is not a secret that the way someone dresses, whether man or woman, will dictate how people will perceive and treat them. That is why you wear something professional to a job interview, wear something respectable when attending a funeral or wear something nice when you attend someone's wedding.

I think it largely depends on boob size. When you've got large boobs like me the tiniest hint of clevage goes a long way. For instance a small breasted girl can show a lot clevage and look classy yet if a big breastfed girl shows as much in thd same dress she looks slutty.
