Dress as in clothing- it looks fancy and seductive. Nothing sloppy and nothing overtly innocent. Well done! For that to be a long dress gown like this -> 👗 it would not fit because it seems more lingerie themed and it is very short. Although I suppose one could try to wear it as a dress/gown, though it is short.
