The regret is usually getting the tattoo to begin with. It's a lifelong commitment. You obviously didn't make the right choice if you think you've "outgrown" your tatttoo.
That is not what I’m asking. I am asking if someone has ever regretted getting one removed, I do not regret getting it at all as I have had it for many years. I just don’t wanna get it removed and regret it
If you're happy with then don't get it removed. People that remove it usually do so because they've regretted the tattoo and are then happier with it gone.
You can't regret going back to pure skin 😎
