It depends on her social circle and if she's doing that to keep up with her friends, or because that's how they all want to look (shared interest) and they celebrate each other for every enhancement.

Often it's a mix of both but each friend group operates differently.

Well she said she got the surgery because of little Wayne and Drake talking about how they let girls with big butts, either way you slice it. She wasn't coughing it about what she was naturally born with

She was probably insecure before, depends if she stopped surgery or not. If it's only one and it makes you feel better that could be good

But if girls are insecure, why do they lie about being confident when they're clearly not?

Maybe because that's a society you were in where it's fake it till you make it. Because if your actions show that you're insecure, but you tell everybody you're confident that you're just lying to people
