I don't think you can say all women that act this way do it because they're insecure just like you can't say all women that do it do it because they're confident.
I think women that do this do it for their own reasons. It's very possible it has to do with them being insecure and needing male validation or it could be that they're comfortable with their sexuality and enjoy portraying it in this way. To me, it's just another role play depending on how far the woman chooses to take it.
However, if a woman wants to live her day to day life as an airhead that acts like her entire worth is based on what she has between her legs I kind of feel that's a insecurity issue rather than her having confidence.
I feel if a woman truly is confident then she wouldn't have to be a "bimbo" because she knows she brings more to the table then three holes and a pair of tits but perhaps plays the part from time to time for kicks with her partner.

They come off rather "confident" to me more often than not in my experience because they don't seem to have any shame for what they are. Horrible -- I'd hope she was smart. But I have a couple of bimbo friends (Japanese bimbos anyway) and between getting confused about how to operate basic things like elevators, they've kind of come to total peace with the idea that they're not going to win any Nobel awards, and relatively speaking, that seems like a "confident" thing. Now as to whether I think it's good to be confident about something is a whole different matter, but I see someone as confident if they lack shame and fear about being judged, that sort of thing, and those girls have none of that going, if only because they're too dumb to worry about such things. :-D

One of them worked with my wife before and my wife tried to explain basic arithmetic to her many times but she just couldn't do it. She also aspires to become Korean (her number one dream), even though she's Japanese. :-D Someone didn't quite teach her how these things work. I think for some women they may be insecure, but for a lot of them, it's all about the money and lifestyle that follows being a bimbo.
