Is it possible for someone to even be attractive after they become this thin?

I like thin girls - all body types can be beautiful but I just want to shove a burger down her throat.

I was creeping Facebook and stumbled across this girl I used to know who's a model now. She used to be extremely pretty and now she looks like she's on her death bed. Why would someone even want to be that thin?
