Has light therapy helped your skin?

I have heard of light therapy before & haven’t tried it however when I go to the beach I do solar therapy & that works for me.
I love the beach!
The beach is my happy place & I love the fact I can go year round. In my truck I always have two beach chairs with towels & sunscreen & all I have to do is pack a little cooler, put on my bathing suit & simply go for a short drive.
As for your light therapy anywhere there is light it’s great for your mood. In my house I had two solar tubes installed, one in the kitchen & one in my guest bathroom & in the day time I don’t even have to turn lights on. https://youtu.be/htHXbyqr7tM
My sons still awaiting an appointment for some

Bruh what type of purge shit are you on, all you are missing is the bunny ears, a butcher suit and a damn chainsaw
Hahaha I scared my husband
I completely understand his fear
is that you in the mask? imma have nightmares for sure. 🤣 but I've heard good things from some people that tried it. I have no idea about it myself though.
Yes it is and I also scared my husband.
if it's battery powered, that could be a sick Halloween mask to walk around the neighborhood with. :D
I do agree but the problem is you are only supposed to keep it on for ten minutes at a time.
Depending on my skin tone. Am a tanned toned Hispanic boy 😀👌🏼
Different light colors so different things. You prob have nice skin though. I feel like most Hispanic people do lol
Absolutely
No never used this
Used a skin care mask before for example
Not a light therapy
What's the science behind that? It sounds like BS to me.
What does it do?
Different lights will do different things.
Red helps with inflammation and wrinkles
Blue helps with acne.
Other colors help with other things but I don’t know at the top of my head
Lol thanks!
