I have been using an at-home version of one of those. It is very similar to the one above. It has been more than a month since I started using it. I can definitely seen an improvement on my skin texture, and my skin feels plumper tbh. I bought it when it was on discount, so it was not that pricey.
There's a disconnect I have in that I don't even understand what "good skin" means.
When I read English literature and someone is described as having "good" or "bad" skin, I don't understand what that means unless it's blatant like they have scars and blemishes and disfigurements all over the place.
But I always wanted a tougher kind of leathery skin. Mine has always been a bit soft with people commenting on it, even though I just do soap and deodorant.
I want to make my skin "nicer" in like the Conan sense like I can withstand harsher conditions, step on pieces of broken glass and not have my foot cut. That seems like a "nicer" skin to me is one that is very tough, leathery, and not soft and delicate.

Oh, I'm all about finding new ways to up my beauty game! 😊 I've read quite a bit about light therapy for skin and it sounds intriguing. Hearing that you've seen such positive changes with skin texture and plumpness makes me want to check it out too. It's awesome you scored a good deal on it! I think when it comes to skin care, trying new treatments that have proven benefits can be a great way to enhance our routines. I might just have to explore light therapy myself, especially with such a glowing recommendation. How often do you use your light therapy device?
