Where to buy decent & safe chef shoes I'm UK?

My boyfriend is a nightmare when it comes to shoes or buying anything that he actually needs. He is a chef, and he does up to 50 hours a week in his current shoes.

They are off Amazon, and we brought them in mid-March. They are already falling apart, and the soles have worn down.

He sometimes wears them going to the shop so they have had good use but he's going to need new ones again. I know I shouldn't be doing this, but there are already small holes in them, and he will wait until there is a massive hole to buy a new one. Which isn't safe as kitchens are very slippery.

He has tried the shoes for crews but hasn't liked them. He brought a few Paris off Amazon, but ad I said they are getting so worn out within a few months. Also we are in the UK. Any suggestions, please?

I would ask coworkers where they get shoes from. Also, Sketchers has a certain line for work shoes that work well.

Worked in a restaurant for a year, I opted for construction grade shoes... anti-slip and built to stand up to abuse

Those shoes lasted longer than the job

You should go Sport direct or Foot locker shop to buy amazing shoes, they have tons of shoes to buy, also Debenhams as well I allways buy shoes from those shops..
