In the past year I’ve noticed very slowly I’m getting some white hair on my beard and occasionally I spot a gray on my head. I’m not happy about this. It’s like a sign of time passing and it bothers me. So I guess the answer is 33 for me.
29 when I discovered a few strands of silver hair.
Freaked out because I felt too young to go silver already.
Even made a post about on my Facebook.
32 and still don't like it.

Seventeen. I shrugged and mentally moved on; I had bigger things to worry about- which, in retrospect, are a big part of why grayness kicked in so fast. Stupid telomeres.
Anyway, I have the genetic evidence of my forebears to know that I'll go gray bit by bit, and then one day, seemingly overnight, a threshold will be passed and it'll look like it hit overnight. But I won't stay gray long; I'll soon start to go white, and then I'll be Santa Claus, so that's all good.
Excellent genes in regards to aging in my family on both sides. My grandmothers on both sides, mother and father didn't get grays till much later in age and looked very youthful. My older sister (39) still doesn't have any grays. I only noticed a gray hair or two this month (I'm 37). Doesn't bother me.

I didn't notice it. Didn't have the time to turn gray. Baldness came first at the age of about 21. 😂
I was in my 30s. First my sideburns started getting gray so I cut them shorter and shorter.
early 20s, no reaction, just accept it.
