Jessica Alba has always been about fitness from a very young age. She eats right. She doesn't smoke. She drinks alcohol in moderation. Drinks coconut water. Gets plenty of sleep. Doesn't use legal or ilegal drugs

If you look at pictures of people a few decades ago that were in their 40s even sometimes in their mid 20s they look old because they lived hard stressful lives, did back breaking labor, drank too much, smoked too much. Did drugs ( all legal then). Often lived and worked in toxic unhealthy environments.

They use facial products worth 100s of dollars and sometimes undergo minor surgeries and treatments thay cost 1000s of dollars

There's no such thing as Latina genes. Latina is an ethnicity, not a race. There are Asian Latinas, Afro Latinas, Latinas of European, mixed or Indigenous ancestry. Plus she's had an ancestry DNA test and is about 80% European.. She's actually pale and just spray tans to appear more "exotic"
