Abs are a men thing.
Like how usually in animal world too, peacocks n other birds mammals like primates canine, all show a more stronger/appealing body in their male forms, as viewing through our (another species') eyes.
Muscle definition, strength, size, dietary requirements, immunity, haemoglobin.. all physical capabilities are better in men (except for the reproduction parts in women). Like if we see from a biological perspective.
Attractiveness means visual appeal. I think men win here too.
The way I think, some alien species would probably find us women kind of a 'bad' or 'less proper' forms of a humans lol.. Like how lionesses just look like big cats but lion with a 'mane' appears as the more proper one. Similarly, an alpha gorilla & a female one. Like ik here in out world, women are showcased as the 'attractive' ones but I think it's just in our species haha. Like how peacock finds a grey peahen attractive.

Men have more proper fuller brows, larger noses (more 'right' nasal cavities), more prominent brow bones, wider shoulders, taller heights, (more 'dominant'/'biologically better' features) the list can go on n on.. And to show as lean as the models means an incredibly spare diet, as a fitness model would need to do.
