It’s ok if her lips are not full. Lipstick is to highlight your lips.. if a girl already has a very full lips and she covers them in bright red they dominate her whole face. It’s just too much.
Depends highly on the individual face… on some it looks smashing, others look like a clown.
They usually think its sexy. Unnatural for sure but like you said its not for every day
