Everything except for “peanut shaped head” can be changed. You can do teeth whitening, hair transplant, grow a beard to cover jawline, practice skin care or see a dermatologist for acne. So I’ll say peanut shaped head.

Gotcha. If had said missing teeth, instead of yellow, is that worse than peanut shaped head? Also, why do you personally think a peanut shaped head unattractive in general?

Well I’m not sure exactly what you mean by peanut shaped head. I imagine a head that’s fat at the jaw and huge at the forehead, while the middle of the face bends inwards.. like a peanut. That sounds deformed.
